Very modern restaurant. Simple ordering technology using a tablet. With the all you can eat you are well served from starters to desserts.

I have enjoyed going there since it opened and have recommended it to many friends. The food there is extremely good & no matter which dish you take, it tastes fresh. However, there is now a lot going on, which is good news for the restaurant. The problem here, however, is the resulting long waiting time. We are 4-5 people on average and like to eat sushi. Unfortunately, it has often been the case that the sushi is a long time coming compared to the other dishes. If at some point we have received everything and want to pay, this unfortunately takes a little longer and you have to ask again. I would still like to come, but I would like to see improvements in terms of waiting time and service.

Now I'll write a review. We went there for the first time with friends on a Saturday. Unfortunately, the restaurant cannot be recommended, a nice, funny evening ended in frustration and a bad mood. The sushi ordered in the first round came 1.5 hours later, the rest completely messed up you don't know anymore what was it? Unfortunately, what should be warm often came cold or some things didn't come out at all. The dry rice comes alone without the meat so that it was ice cold. Since we could look into the kitchen you could see the stress they have and probably lose the overview. The delivery service seems to be working and is being given preferential treatment. As I said, unfortunately not to be recommended, there are far better ones in and around Augsburg.

Never again! Even the one star is flattered. Waited over 1.5 hours for the first sushi platter (after the desserts), warm dishes came faster, but often cold. A beautiful evening turned into a bad mood. You could see that clearly with other guests. Restaurant not recommended!

Still very good quality of the dishes, the service is good, but unfortunately the order of the orders doesn't work. In the end we even had to wait 40 minutes for two scoops of ice cream. Conclusion: You can safely try the All-You-Can-Eat via TAB, but it is no longer what it used to be. The roast duck is also better and cheaper elsewhere in Augsburg.

We took a smoking break outside and came back to our place then the drinks were gone ... the waiter then came with the bill without us asking for it ... We weren't really finished with food ... Waitress had a mask only over her mouth nose was free ... otherwise it was okay

No comparison to the past, too bad. The quality of the food has clearly decreased. Example: You order a salad with "pickled cucumber" and you are served a carrot salad with a single pickled cucumber. Apart from sushi, I would not order anything more, as the dishes served either do not correspond to the description or are of poor quality. It is "all you can eat", but years ago it was a really good restaurant.

Unfortunately, my food was very dry and not particularly tasty. However, the staff were super nice and my brother's food was probably better than mine.

Very good place. Here you can order with a tray. The only minus point: you can unfortunately no longer understand what you have ordered ... an order overview would be nice and the ordered does not come in the order in which it was ordered. Sometimes one of the 2 only comes after round 3 ... Especially when you want sushi and something from the grill, it is not so nice when what you have ordered gets mixed up.

The food is very tasty, but you lose track of what you have ordered, but also the waiters. Sufficient parking spaces available on weekends.

I have ordered three times from Ichiban and will never order Asian food anywhere else. Sensational food, always friendly staff, both when taking the order and when delivering it. And the prices are absolutely reasonable for the quality, which is always consistently good. Big compliments to the whole team!

Great restaurant! Mega delicious food of the finest quality. A huge selection of dishes with great desserts. I've been here many times and I've never had to wait long for food. Special praise also to the staff with whom you can have a nice chat. The Ichiban has become one of my favorite places.

Good Asian restaurants especially for sushi. With many other buffet type.

Unlimited sushi and fresh and filling, good for groups. Price 25 eur for unlimited food is reasonable

The food is very tasty and prepared fresh. Good selection of different kinds of sushi as well as salads, soups and warm dishes. All-you-can-eat buffet operates with an iPad. Awesome idea! Orders are regulated, 3 plates every 5 minutes per person. Will definitely return again!

Good 'all you can eat' sushi places are really hard to find, but this is one of those. Go for the full menu rather than the reduced one, the best things are on that one. Careful while ordering, things that you order but don't receive for a long time will all arrive at the end. Always good to ask how much is still left to be sent.

Quality of the food is good but the food takes forever, the order the food is served is rather chaotic. It feels almost like they wait for a sushi to be ordered by enough people to make it. There is no way to check which dishes are still being made and a lot of orders were straight up forgotten. Over all the food was good but not as good as one might expect from a sushi place. There is a lot of room for improvement when it comes to the dining experience. Can't recommend it this price.
